LANGUAGE AND CHANGES
The official language of the Conference will be English.
The official language of Brazil is Portuguese.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust or change the scientific and/or social program as necessary.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and health insurance. The Organizing Committee of the 7th BCNP will not be held liable in any way whatsoever for any losses, accidents, costs or expenses to participants or any other person during the conference. The Organizing Committee accepts no liability in any way for any web sites that are linked to or from http://www.bcnp.com. These web sites and the content, views, opinions and statements expressed within these sites are the responsibility of their individual owners and authors.
CANCELATION POLICY
No refunds will be provided, however, you can indicate a substitute person at no additional cost.
VISA AND CURRENCY
Participants should check with their local travel agents whether they will require a visa for traveling to Brazil. It is recommended to apply well in advance of the conference.
The Brazilian currency is the Real. Major credit cards are widely accepted in Brazil. In Vitoria there are exchange houses of the main foreign currencies.
ACCOMMODATION
In order to facilitate your travel arrangements to Rio de Janeiro, the Organizing Committee has chosen as Official Travel Agency, Creacteve Eventos e Turismo.
The Agency has negotiated special rates for BCNP 2019 delegates and has secured a limited number of rooms in Hotels nearby the Congress Venue.
Participants are recommended to reserve accommodation as soon as possible considering that hotels availability is limited. Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
